This patient is in her early 40's and from the Nashville area. She came to Dr. Unger with desires for a breast revision as well as abdominal tightening. She underwent a bilateral breast revision with an IMF Mastopexy, and had her 18 year old saline implants exchanged for natrelle moderate profile cohesive gel 330cc and 360cc implants to help balance out a natural asymmetry she has. She also had an abdominoplasty with muscle repair, paired with liposuction 360 to give the most complete outcome. She loves her natural breasts as well as her flat abdomen!
