This patient wanted her implants removed. Dr. Unger was able to remove her old breast implants, and create a youthful perky shape by using her remaining breast tissue to create a balanced shape and performed a mastopexy to remove excess skin and lift the breast and nipple into a better position. She loves her new shape. Scars will continue to fade with time.
