This patient is in her early 60's from the Nashville area. She came to Dr. Unger with concerns of pain and hardness in her breasts from saline implants placed 20 years prior. She underwent a bilateral breast revision with correction of her capsular contracture and removal of her saline implants. She had a mastopexy or breast lift performed and her implants replaced with low plus profile cohesive silicone gel 250cc implants . She loves her new soft shape and contours!
