This amazing cancer patient wanted a more subtle and smaller breast shape, as well as less side fullness as it was impeding her ability to move her arms normally. We downsized her implants, and made smaller breast pockets with extensive capsule work. We also added fat to the upper breast / decolletage area to give more subtle and soft results. She loves her still full-breasted, but more natural and softer look.
