A patient with ptotic breasts, extensive fibrocystic mastopathy, in situ dysplasia, and a strong family history of breast cancer underwent bilateral total mastectomies (carried out through mastopexy incisions) and tissue expander/ADM reconstruction in Nashville. The plastic surgeon achieved these results for the procedure using 410 (gummy bear) implants, ADM, and fat grafting.
