This Nashville patient with extensive fibrocystic mastopathy, in situ dysplasia, and a strong family history of breast cancer underwent bilateral total mastectomies and tissue expander/ADM reconstruction. The results pictured here were achieved with gummy bear implants, ADM, and fat grafting.
