This large breasted patient had bilateral mastectomies for breast cancer with Pre Pectoral tissue expander based breast reconstruction with reduction pattern skin removal to allow for a more youthful and symmetric breast shape. She loves her new shape and the fact that she no longer has to wear a support bra!
