Immediate Breast Reconstruction – Skin Sparing Gallery Patient 871817
This woman underwent bilateral mastectomies for breast cancer and desired a more full appearance to her breasts post operatively. With 2 total surgeries, one for the mastectomy and Pre- Pectoral Tissue expander placement, and one for the cohesive silicone gel implant exchange with fat grafting, she was able to achieve this elegant and full result. She is very happy with her new more full breast shape.
