This patient presented for a bilateral skin-sparing mastectomy with reconstructive options. Dr. Jacob Unger and the patient determined she would get the best result from tissue expander based reconstruction with a Wise pattern (reduction pattern) skin, as she had ptosis bilaterally and would benefit from this intervention.
