This was a 72-year-old female patient that came to see Dr. Unger with a history of left breast cancer and has had chemotherapy. Dr. Unger and the patient agreed that tissue expander based reconstruction was the best option for the patient. Dr. Unger moved forward with Wise pattern breast reconstruction to generate a reduction of the large breast skin envelope and create a more youthful breast shape. The patient loves her full and lifted breasts now and the fact that she no longer has to even wear a bra!
