This lovely patient came to Dr. Unger with a history of right-sided breast cancer desiring bilateral mastectomies with implant based reconstruction. After discussion with the patient, Dr. Unger decided to move forward with Pre-Pectoral reconstruction to allow for a rapid recovery with the least amount of post operative discomfort or downtime. She loves her full and youthful shape and feels feminine and elegant.
