A Nashville patient with larger breasts had breast cancer and underwent a left nipple-sparing mastectomy (NSM) with sentinel node biopsy (SNB), opposite total mastectomy, and tissue expander/ADM reconstruction. POur pastic surgeon achieved these results with Allergan 410 (gummy bear) implants, ADM, and fat grafting.
