Immediate Breast Reconstruction – Nipple Sparing Gallery Patient 290695
This 51-year-old patient came to Dr. Unger with diagnosed right-sided breast cancer, desiring bilateral mastectomies with implant based reconstruction. The patient decided on a prepectoral, nipple sparring reconstruction in conjunction with her breast cancer treatment team. We did a two stage reconstruction, adding fat grafting at the time of the implant placement to create elegant and more natural contours. The patient is thrilled with her elegant and natural looking results and feels like herself again.
