Immediate Breast Reconstruction – Nipple Sparing Gallery Patient 351464
This breast cancer patient decided to undergo bilateral mastectomies and reconstruction. We performed a two stage reconstruction with pre pectoral based tissue expanders, followed by implant exchange and fat grafting. She was a candidate for nipple sparing mastectomy allowing us to achieve elegant, scarless, and natural but slightly more full appearing breasts. She loves the natural but full look we were able to create with her breast reconstruction.
