Immediate Breast Reconstruction – Nipple Sparing Gallery Patient 618688
This 47-year-old patient presented to Dr. Unger after being diagnosed with left-sided ductal carcinoma. The patient had very thin tissue and decided to undergo nipple sparing bilateral mastectomies. We opted to perform a Pre-Pectoral reconstruction to have an extremely rapid recovery. She wanted more breast fullness and size, and thus we were able to give slightly more volume with Pre-Pectoral breast implants and fat grafting to create elegant contours to her overall shape. She loves her results and feels whole again.
