A patient with breast cancer who underwent left nipple-sparing mastectomy (NSM) with sentinel node biopsy (SNB), opposite total mastectomy, and tissue expander/ADM reconstruction sought nipple-sparing immediate breast reconstruction from experienced plastic surgeons in Nashville. Her result was obtained with a 410 (gummy bear) implants, ADM, and fat grafting. Right 410-445cc. Left 410cc.
