A young Nashville patient with breast cancer underwent a left skin-sparing mastectomy (SSM) with sentinel node biopsy (SNB), opposite total mastectomy, and tissue expander/ADM reconstruction. Our plastic surgeon achieved these breast reconstruction results with 410 (gummy bear) implants, ADM, fat grafting, and nipple areolar reconstruction.
