Immediate Breast Reconstruction – Flaps Gallery Patient 352908
A young Nashville patient with breast cancer underwent a right nipple-sparing mastectomy (NSM) with sentinel node biopsy (SNB) and axillary dissection, as well as a left total mastectomy with bilateral mini-latissimus flaps and tissue expander/ADM reconstruction. Our plastic surgeon achieved results with a 410 (gummy bear) implant, ADM, and fat grafting along with nipple areolar reconstruction.
