Immediate Breast Reconstruction – Flaps Gallery Patient 413156
A young Nashville patient with a previous augment / mastopexy, developed left breast cancer. She underwent left nipple-sparing mastectomy (NSM) with sentinel node biopsy (SNB), mini-latissimus flap and tissue expander/ADM reconstruction, and nipple grafting. Her result was obtained with a 410 (gummy bear) implant, ADM, and fat grafting along with a right breast revision.
