This patient is in her mid 40's and came to NPSI from out of state. She had 22 year old saline implants which she wanted to exchange for a fuller implant, and she also wanted to address the laxity in her abdomen. She was an excellent candidate for a breast revision with mastopexy and implant exchange, an abdominoplasty with muscle repair, and liposuction to her prone flanks and back. Her saline implants were exchanged for Motiva Round Demi profile 380cc implants. She is so thrilled with her shape and contours!
