This patient wanted an improvement in the shape of her arms, but did not want to undergo a formal brachioplasty or arm lift with the required scars. Dr. Unger was able to utilize fat removal from the arms with liposcution followed by his Radiofrequency technology with the BodyTite system to tighten the skin and shrink wrap it down to create a better shape with a nearly scarless approach.
